  • Esperanza Salazar: General coordinator of Bios Iguana in the region of Colima, Mexico.
  • Melanie Chiponda: Worked with rural communities for 11 years, 5 of which with Chiadzwa Community Development Trust on Zimbabwe. She is currently working with women affected by extractivism.

  • Yolanda Oqueli: Passionate and vocal activist from Guatelama. Since 2012, she has been peacefully protesting against the damages caused by a gold mining project in her country.
  • Jane Lingbawan Yap-Eo: From the Guinaan tribe of Cordillera is the Executive Director from the Center for Development Programs in the Cordillera. She is also a member of Innabuyog, the Indigenous Peoples' Regional Alliance of Women.
